Mark your
calendars for our third annual Burlington Elementary Carnival! Themed
after basketball’s “March Madness” (although you will see much more
“madness” than basketball), the Carnival serves not only as a major
fundraiser for our school, but also a time when the Burlington community
unites in a friendly, fun-filled, family environment! Join us for fun
carnival GAMES, A DELICIOUS FAMILY DINNER, great PRIZES, fun CLASS
BASKETS, door decorating contest voting and more! Please check the

Volunteering
The Carnival will not be able to run without volunteers! Complete this
Volunteer Sign-Up form to
work a shift at the carnival. Adults and kids 5th-grade and
older are welcome to sign up for a shift at the carnival – consider
volunteering with a friend! Adults are especially needed for the later
shifts and setup/teardown.

This form is for carnival tickets AND tickets to the Family Spaghetti
Dinner. This form MUST be returned to school no later than Wednesday,
March 3.
